Introduction

Mockberg is a Swedish watch and jewelry brand built on Scandinavian minimalism — clean shapes, natural tones, pieces made for everyday wear. They needed an image and video set that carried that same restraint into ecommerce and paid placements, with the product shown exactly as it is in real life.

Challenges

Watches are the hardest product to get right. Every hour marker, bracelet link, and reflection has to match the real piece.

The same piece also had to hold up across formats — studio stills, on-model shots, and video — without a single detail shifting between them.

The process behind this case.

01
MODEL DEVELOPMENT

Building one consistent AI character

We developed a single model identity for the brand and locked her features, skin tone, and styling, so she stays the same across every frame.

PRODUCT INTEGRATION

Placing the real product in frame

Each piece was transferred directly from Mockberg's own product images — dial, case, and bracelet links matched to the original.

FINISHING & MOTION

From still frame to moving product

Manual retouching and upscaling on the complex pieces, then selected frames animated into short product videos for the store.

Solutions

We designed a sleek, modern e-commerce platform with a clean UI, high-quality visuals, and a smooth checkout process.

We optimized the site for performance and mobile users, resulting in higher engagement and increased conversions.

The brand also needed one recognisable face across the entire set, so that the images read as a single campaign rather than a collection of separate frames.

Results

A visual system the brand owns — one face, one look, and product that stays accurate across every collection.

Clearer product understanding. Between close-ups, on-model stills, and motion, a customer sees colour, proportion, and how the piece sits on the wrist before deciding. Less guesswork on the product page.

A model that carries forward. The face was built once. Every future drop starts from her, so the brand doesn't rebuild its look each season.

Stills and video from one production cycle. Both formats came out of the same process, on the same timeline, at a fraction of a traditional campaign budget.

One visual language across channels. The same look holds on product pages, campaign, and paid placements.
