The scope of work, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are agreed separately for each project.
3. Pricing Estimator
Our website includes a pricing estimator. The figures it produces are an indicative estimate only. They are not an offer, a quotation, or a binding price, and no contract is formed by using the tool or by receiving an estimate by email.
An estimate is generated from the limited information you enter. It cannot account for your product, your brief, the complexity of the work, timelines, usage rights or the number of revisions involved. A price is fixed only when we have given you a written quotation and you have accepted it in writing.
We may change our prices, and the estimator itself, at any time. An estimate you received previously does not commit us to that price.
4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the final approved project deliverables transfers to the client after full payment. Daklai retains ownership of its internal processes, templates, tools, workflows, and know-how.

By purchasing our services, you agree to provide accurate payment information and pay invoices according to the agreed payment terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable once work has started.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daklai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
