When you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email address, time zone and any notes you add to the booking.
The estimator produces an indicative price range by applying fixed rules to the options you choose. It does not make any decision about you, and there is no automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Sharing Your Information
We never sell or rent your personal information.
We share your information with the providers that help us run our business:
Framer — website hosting and visitor statistics
Calendly — call scheduling
Google Workspace — email, documents and file storage
Payment processors, our accountant, and other professional advisers
Any outreach or marketing partner we engage to contact prospective clients on our behalf, acting only on our instructions
Each provider may use your information only to provide their service to us, on our instructions, and must keep it secure.
We may also disclose information if required by law or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website is built on Framer, and we do not place any advertising, analytics or tracking cookies on it.
The visitor statistics we see — page views, referring sites, country — are collected without cookies and without any lasting identifier. Framer hashes visitors' IP addresses and browser details using a key that is replaced every 24 hours, so visitors are not recognised from one day to the next or across other websites.
Because we place no non-essential cookies, we do not show a cookie banner.
If you click "Book a call" you are taken to Calendly, a separate website that sets its own cookies under its own privacy policy. Those cookies are set by Calendly, not by us.
If we add analytics, advertising or session-recording tools in future, we will ask for your consent before they load and update this policy.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it:
Enquiries and estimates — up to 24 months from your last contact with us
Client project records and correspondence — for the life of the project and 7 years afterwards, to meet our accounting and tax obligations
Website statistics — up to 14 months
Marketing contacts — until you unsubscribe or ask us to stop, after which we keep a minimal record so we don't contact you again
We delete or anonymise information once we no longer need it.

In particular, Calendly, which we use for call scheduling, stores data in the United States. Those transfers are covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
